Wonderful purchase experience! Sales staff were extremely friendly and were primarily focused on helping us pick out a car that met our family needs with the features we’d actually find useful, not upselling us at all. Also very child friendly store with a changing station in the bathroom, which we took advantage of. The Nissan financing options were the best we found on the market and Acme made all the registration & financing documentation a breeze.
I got my Nissan Rogue from them in 2016 and I cannot complain on the service or the entire experience. They also have a service station and trust me they provide pretty good service and also do end to end inspection. The facility is well kept and maintained. Staff is very cooperative.

Chris Flusk was amazing at finding me a car that fit my budget and what I needed and was amazing at doing all the paperwork without having me waste hours upon hours at the dealership. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. Joe was also another employee who was super knowledgeable about the car when going over it as well as making sure all my questions were answered about the car before me driving off the lot. I encountered an issue with my 2023 Pathfinder and had it towed to this location. Unfortunately, my experience with the service manager has been quite unpleasant. During our first call, he was rude and unhelpful in explaining the procedure. Subsequent calls only worsened the situation, as he displayed a bossy attitude and lacked a helpful conversation structure. It appears he either doesn't perform his job adequately or is unwilling to deal with customers. This is the first time I've encountered such a service representative without humanistic feelings.
I leased another Rogue which is well over 10 cars I’ve gotten from Acme Nissan due to their outstanding personal service. The salesman Jaime was so helpful along with Jack and the team. I really appreciated how well he explained the many new controls and features in the car too.
